These terms govern your use of bookedscore.com and of the services offered by BookedScore("we", "us"). By requesting a score or buying a product, you agree to them.

1. What we provide

BookedScore analyzes the public online presence of local businesses (such as Google Business Profile, Yelp, Instagram and websites) and delivers written reports and recommendations. We offer a free score, a one-time Full Report, and a monthly Fix-It Plan, as described on ourPricing page.

2. Payments

Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by PayPal (card and subscriptions) or byPayoneer (invoices). We never see or store your full card number. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms.

3. Subscriptions and automatic renewal

The Fix-It Plan is a monthly subscription that renews automatically at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. You can cancel online at any time, from your PayPal account or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep the deliverables for that period. We will email you before any price change applies to your subscription.

4. Nature of our analysis

Our reports are based on information publicly visible at the time of analysis. Scores and recommendations are our professional opinion, not a guarantee of any ranking, number of reviews, bookings or revenue. Third-party platforms change their rules and results independently of us.

5. Your content and approvals

Under the Fix-It Plan we draft texts (such as review replies and profile descriptions) for you to review. We never publish on your accounts without your explicit approval, and you remain responsible for what is published on them.

6. Independence

BookedScore is an independent analysis service, not affiliated with Google, Yelp or Meta. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Material changes to an active subscription will be announced by email before they apply.
